About PrintMyPad

PrintMyPad creates printed desk mats for gaming stations, home offices, shared workspaces and creative desks. We print in Toronto, Canada, offering existing designs alongside custom photos, logos and original artwork.

What we make

Our listed desk mats use a smooth printed polyester surface, stitched edges and a rubber base. The custom builder offers 36 × 16 inches and 31.5 × 13.8 inches. Both are extended formats, so measure the usable desktop around monitor feet, speakers and other equipment before choosing.

Browse existing designs for artwork you can select from the catalog, or use the custom builder to upload an image you own or have permission to reproduce. “Printed in Canada” describes the printing location; product listings provide the available construction and size details.

How a custom order works

Choose an available size, upload the original artwork and review the crop in the live builder. Check the configured order and include relevant notes. If you need a separate proof, file assessment or help with an idea, contact us before production so the scope can be confirmed.

The design guide explains source files, artwork prompts, wide compositions and realistic enhancement limits. The size guide explains footprints and effective print resolution. A larger file or an AI edit does not automatically guarantee a particular result; careful review still matters.

How we approach production and pricing

Printing to order lets us work from the artwork selected for an actual order. Keeping the printing work in-house connects artwork preparation with production review and helps us organize the work around the product being ordered.

Compare the current product price for the size and artwork route you choose. Include delivery and applicable taxes in the checkout currency. A business run may involve additional artwork versions, packing or distribution requirements, so its scope and price are confirmed separately. We avoid treating every project as though it has identical costs or timing.

Teams, organizations and creators

For business gifting, branded workstations, events or creator merchandise, send the intended quantity, design count, size, destinations and arrival target through the business inquiry page. Production timing and available fulfillment options are confirmed for the particular project.

Creators who want to recommend products can read the affiliate application guide. Merchandise production and an affiliate partnership are different arrangements, with terms agreed for each.
