All products offered through the Store are made-to-order, and as such, are subject to a production period before shipment.

• Standard production lead time is 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and processing begins on the next business day following your order.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances.
