PrintMyPad handles production, packing, shipping, and customer support, leaving you free to focus on the content and community side of the partnership.

What to include in your application email
Email info@printmypad.com with the subject PrintMyPad Affiliate Application — [Your creator name]. Include the information below in one email, whether you are introducing yourself directly or following up on a Shopify Collabs application. If you have already applied through Collabs, tell us the name and email you used so we can match your application.
- Your name and creator details: Your name, creator or channel name, preferred contact email, and country or region. Tell us what you create and which platform is your main focus.
- Links to your socials: Direct links to each active profile you want us to review, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or Pinterest. Include your website, portfolio, or community link if relevant. Send clickable URLs, not just usernames.
- Follower or subscriber counts: List the current count for each platform separately, along with the date you checked it. For example: Instagram — 2,400 followers; YouTube — 850 subscribers.
- Recent content performance: Share typical views or reach and engagement on recent posts. For video creators, include average video views; for streamers, include average concurrent viewers. Tell us the period your numbers cover, such as the last 30 days or your last 10 posts, rather than using only your best-performing post. Analytics screenshots or a media kit are helpful if available.
- Your audience: Describe their interests and main countries or regions. Include an age breakdown if available. Explain why custom mouse pads or desk mats would appeal to your community.
- Pictures of your setup: Attach 2–4 clear, recent photos of your desk, gaming station, streaming space, or creative workspace. Include a full view of the setup and a closer view of the desk surface where a mat would sit. Natural light and an uncluttered view help us understand how the product could appear in your content. If you do not have a permanent setup, describe where you would film or photograph it.
- Examples of your work: Link to 2–3 recent posts, videos, or streams that show your style. Desk tours, product demonstrations, artwork reveals, reviews, and previous brand collaborations are especially useful. Include a portfolio link if you are an artist or designer.
- Your partnership idea: Explain how you would introduce PrintMyPad, which platforms and formats you would use, and your proposed timing. A setup refresh, unboxing, custom artwork reveal, or hands-on review is a good starting point. If you have a specific campaign in mind, include the number and type of posts you propose.
- Your product or design idea: Tell us whether you are interested in an existing design, a personalized desk mat, or your own original artwork. Include your preferred size or approximate available desk space if known. For a branded or illustrated design, share a preview or portfolio link and explain whether you own the artwork or have permission to use it.
Optional extras: A media kit, examples of previous campaign results, proposed rates for any paid content, or relevant upcoming launches can help us assess a specific collaboration. Please distinguish a paid sponsorship request from an affiliate application.
Attach setup photos as JPG or PNG files, or share a viewable folder link if the files are too large. Check that links can be opened without requesting access. Crop private information from photos and analytics screenshots. We only need your country or region at this stage; shipping details can be arranged if a product collaboration is agreed.

How the application process works
- Introduce yourself and apply. Send the application email above with your setup photos, profile links, and audience details. You can also apply through the PrintMyPad Shopify Collabs application page; mention any existing application in your email.
- We review the fit. We look at your content, audience, platform activity, and how naturally our products fit your community.
- Review your offer. Approved creators receive partnership details through Shopify Collabs, including any eligible links, codes, products, or campaign terms.
- Share and earn. Publish your approved content and use the assigned affiliate link or code so qualifying sales can be attributed correctly.
Review times can vary. Submitting a clear, complete application is the best way to help us evaluate it.
Using affiliate links and discount codes
After approval, use the links and codes shown in your Collabs account. Avoid editing tracking parameters or publishing a code that is not assigned to you. Check your offer for eligible products and attribution terms before planning a campaign.
Strong content usually starts with a real use case: a desk refresh, gaming setup tour, art reveal, custom design process, gift guide, or honest product demonstration. Make the product relevant to your audience instead of treating the link as the whole story.
Fulfillment and creator support
PrintMyPad handles the operational side of each customer order, including printing, packing, shipping, and customer support. If your partnership includes a custom design or branded product page, we will coordinate those details separately after approval.
