At PrintMyPad, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. As a provider of made-to-order custom desk mats, we take great care in ensuring each product meets your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be considered.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, regardless of the customerβs country of residence, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests for non-customized, stock items within 14 calendar days from the date the item is delivered to you, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
Returns will not be accepted beyond the 14-day period unless required by applicable local law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where defective or damaged upon arrival:

Custom products, including but not limited to desk mats printed using customer-provided images, prompts, or personalized design instructions

Gift cards

Clearance or sale items
You acknowledge and agree that by placing an order for a custom item, you waive any right to cancel or return such item under standard change-of-mind provisions, except as required by law.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective (e.g., misprint, production flaw)

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (wrong product sent)
You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing info@printmypad.com with:

Your order number

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos showing the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we will:

Offer a replacement at no cost to you, or

Offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion
We reserve the right to reject claims for items damaged after delivery or as a result of misuse.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@printmypad.com. If your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions and the return address. Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender
6. International Returns
We accept returns from international customers, subject to the same conditions outlined above. However:

You are responsible for all international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes

PrintMyPad is not liable for lost or undelivered international returns; we recommend tracked and insured shipping methods
7. European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union and have purchased non-customized goods, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period under EU law, during which you may cancel your order for any reason and return the item for a full refund. This right does not apply to custom or personalized goods.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, you must complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

PrintMyPad is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution

Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any applicable shipping charges unless otherwise specified

10. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
