PrintMyPad operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). PrintMyPad is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Custom Order Fulfillment and Enhancements: If you upload artwork or files for a custom product, we use those files solely to fulfill your order, improve print quality, and—where applicable—enhance your image using AI tools provided by third-party partners. You retain ownership of your designs; however, we may store uploaded files for up to 30 days in case of reprints or issue resolution.

  • Marketing and Advertising: We may use your personal information to send marketing communications and to show you ads relevant to your interests.

    If you submit a product review or upload a photo of your custom item, we may use that content for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise. This includes displaying your design or photo in galleries, social media, advertisements, or product pages to help showcase real customer experiences. We will never resell or redistribute your design for use by other customers.

  • Uploaded design files for custom orders are stored for 30 days after fulfillment for reprint or support purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
