How do I place a custom order?

You can upload your image directly on the Custom Orders page. If you have an idea or concept in mind but no image, you can send us a written prompt or description through our Contact Us page. We'll review your submission and follow up with a preview before printing.

What image quality do I need to upload?

We recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) for the best print quality. However, don't worry—if your image is a bit low-res, we offer AI-powered upscaling and enhancement tools to improve clarity before printing.

Can you create a design for me?

Yes! Just describe your idea using a written prompt or reference image. Our design team can create a unique graphic for you using AI-assisted tools and manual editing. It’s perfect for gifts or one-of-a-kind setups.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 1-2 business days, followed by shipping time which varies by location:

  • 3–7 business days North America
  • 7–14 business days Over Seas

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. These are Estimates, not Guarantees. If you're in a rush, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

What sizes do you offer?

Our standard sizes are:

  • 36" x 16" (wide desk mat)
  • 28" x 12.5" (mid-size)

We keep the same aspect ratio across all sizes to ensure every design scales beautifully.

What’s your return or refund policy for custom orders?

Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, we don’t accept returns. However, if there's any issue with print quality, damage, or a mistake on our end, we’ll reprint or refund—guaranteed. Just contact us with photos of the issue.
